NSV PRINTS — PURCHASE TERMS

NSV Prints offers limited-edition photographic artwork created by Kingsley under Non Stop Views. By purchasing through this website, you agree to the terms below together with the full Terms of Service that follow.

Each artwork is released in a strictly limited edition of ten across all available sizes and presentations. Availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.

Orders paid by bank deposit or EFT are only confirmed once the full payment reflects in the nominated bank account. Customers must use their order number as the payment reference. Production will not begin before payment is confirmed.

Product colours may appear slightly different across screens and devices. Minor tonal differences between a digital display and the final fine-art print are not considered defects.

Framed artwork is available in black, white or oak, as indicated on the relevant product page. Natural variations in oak grain and colour are part of the material’s character and are not considered defects.

All photographs, artwork, written content, branding and visual material displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Non Stop Views and/or the artist. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use the image.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. NSV Prints is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather, industrial action or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

All orders are subject to the Returns & Damage Policy, Shipping & Processing information and applicable consumer-protection law.
