Shipping & Processing

Every NSV print is prepared to order with care in Cape Town, South Africa.

Unframed prints require approximately 2–3 business days to prepare before dispatch. Framed prints require approximately 5–7 business days before dispatch. Processing begins once payment has been received and confirmed.

All works are carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving the studio. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive the available tracking or delivery information.

Nationwide delivery is available throughout South Africa. International delivery is also available, with delivery costs and estimated transit times determined by the destination and the size and presentation of the artwork.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges applied by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product or delivery price.

Processing times are separate from courier transit times. While every effort is made to meet the stated timeframe, delays caused by couriers, customs procedures or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
